Free Riso Workshop with Frakas
A practical introduction to Risograph printing. Participants will be guided through the fundamentals of the printing process, learning how the machine works, how to print directly from the duplicator, and how to prepare files for printing from a computer.

The workshop will also introduce the basic principles of color layering and overprinting, exploring how simple ink combinations can be used to create a wider range of colors and visual effects.
Frakas is an independent design practice founded and run by Loredana Bontempi and Emanuele Bonetti. More than a design studio, Frakas is also a bookshop, gallery and, more recently, a Risograph printing lab. In this hands-on workshop, they will share what they have learned about this unique printing process, exploring its creative potential and the possibilities it offers for graphic design and illustration.
